OpenHouse - Online Reservation System
All partners who join Travacco are given secure access to the Online Reservation System - OpenHouse. Using OpenHouse, accommodations and activity organizers can manage their profiles - description, facilities, restrictions, photographs, type of rooms, fares by different seasons, along with other advanced features. OpenHouse is extremely flexible and scalable to meet the needs of a variety of accommodations and activity organizers.

Travacco 's partners will be able to manage their all bookings using OpenHouse. This system can be used to manage bookings that come via Travacco as well as the direct bookings that accommodation owners receive over the phone, email, other travel agents or even walk-ins.

Travacco is tying-up with multiple online travel sites and affiliates to maximize the number of bookings its partners receive. The partners on their end will be able to manage all these bookings through a single interface - OpenHouse.

OpenHouse can be accessed from anywhere in the world. As long as our partners are connected on to the
Internet, they'll be able to manage their bookings effortlessly.



Content Services
Should accommodations on the Travacco's network require any guidance or advise in creating their profile so that their offerings are appropriately prestened to end-customers, Travacco is there to help. All this, is of course, with any charge.

Single Point Contact
Travacco will take all necessary steps to ensure that there is a single point contact between every accommodation and Travacco . For all queries, partners will be able to call a single number to get answers to their questions. Travacco will also ensure that all partners receive information about the company and new developments in a timely manner.

Back Office Support
Travacco provides complete back office support to all accommodations on the network. Irrespective of where the booking has been channelised from, accommodations can always be sure of receiving the entire amount, via Travacco, directly into their bank accounts. All issues relating to technology, accounts, content and bookings are handled at our end.
